We store information gathered on secure computers located in a locked data center. The number of employees involved in the management of the data center that have physical access to these computers is limited. We use firewalls and other security technology to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.
Exchange/Return Policy:
• Exchange or returns need to be reported within 5 working days and shipped back to Milano Motoring Inc. within 10 working days of purchase.
• If the wheel is mounted on tires it is considered used (for correct fitment test wheel on car before mounting tires). NO RETURNS ON USED WHEELS
• All Wheels come with standard 1 year warranty on chrome and structural
• No returns will be accepted without return authorization from Milano Motoring Inc. Any return item is subject to a 20% restocking fee
• To get a return authorization you may call 323-278-9900 or e-mail mark@milanomotoring.com. Be sure to include your name and number.
• Return shipping is at your expense.
• If any of your merchandise is damaged or defective you must notify us immediately to receive return authorization.
• Damaged or defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item.
• Any orders you wish to cancel must be cancelled within 24 hours after placing your order or before item has been shipped from Milano Motoring (which ever is first)
Shipping: Currently, we only ship UPS Ground to the 48 continental United States at $199.00. Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Shipping charges are $299.00. International Shipping rates are $599.00 After we receive your order, we will call or email you within 1-4 business days to let you set the shipping date. (Pre-order items may take up to ten business days.) This way you know when to expect your shipment.
